Secure Delivery Policy

At MAESLUX™, every timepiece is handled as a high-value luxury product. For your protection and ours, all watch shipments require an adult signature upon delivery.

This security measure helps ensure that your order is delivered directly to the correct recipient and reduces the risk of loss, theft, or unauthorized package pickup.

Please make sure someone is available at the shipping address to sign for the package. Orders cannot be left unattended at the door, mailbox, lobby, or with an unauthorized person.

Once the carrier confirms delivery with signature, MAESLUX™ considers the order successfully delivered.

For additional security, we recommend shipping to a trusted residential or business address where an adult can personally receive the package.

Tamper-Evident Packaging

All MAESLUX™ timepieces are shipped in sealed, tamper-evident packaging. If your package arrives visibly damaged, opened, or shows signs of tampering, do not accept the delivery. Contact our team immediately at the address below so we can assist you.

Insured Shipments

Every order is fully insured for its declared retail value during transit. In the unlikely event of loss or damage in transit, MAESLUX™ will work directly with the carrier to file a claim and resolve the situation promptly.

Delivery Attempt & Redelivery

If no authorized adult is available at the time of delivery, the carrier will leave a notice and attempt redelivery. After the maximum number of delivery attempts, the package may be held at a local carrier facility for pickup or returned to us. Additional shipping charges may apply for re-shipment.

Shipping Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. MAESLUX™ is not responsible for delays or non-delivery resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout.
