Refund & Returns Policy
At MAESLUX, we take pride in the craftsmanship and quality of our timepieces. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we offer a clear and transparent return process.
Returns
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
- The watch must be unused, unworn, and in original condition

All original packaging must be included, including:
- Watch box
- Warranty card
- Manuals

⚠️ Any signs of wear, scratches, resizing, or damage will void return eligibility.
To initiate a return, customers must contact us at support@maeslux.com within the return period.
Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are final sale and not eligible for return or refund:
- Pre-order purchases
- Limited edition or numbered pieces
- Customized or engraved watches
- Gift cards
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection.
- Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method
- Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after inspection
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable
Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
- We strongly recommend using a trackable and insured shipping service
- MAESLUX is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments
Damaged or Defective Items
If your watch arrives damaged or defective:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

- Order number
- Clear photos or video of the issue

We will evaluate the case and provide a replacement or repair in accordance with our warranty policy.
Warranty Coverage
All MAESLUX watches are covered by a 5-Year Limited Warranty, which covers manufacturing defects.
The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, or normal wear and tear.
European Union Customers
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery, in accordance with EU consumer protection laws. Items must be unused and in original packaging.
