Order Processing



  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation, unless otherwise stated.
  • Pre-order items follow the estimated production and delivery timelines provided at the time of purchase.
  • Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.



Shipping Origin

All orders are shipped from the United States.


Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We offer insured and trackable shipping for all orders.

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days (if available)

🌍 International Shipping


  • Standard International Shipping: 7–14 business days
  • Delivery times may vary depending on destination and customs clearance.


Shipping Costs



  • Shipping fees are calculated at checkout.
  • Any applicable taxes, duties, or customs fees for international orders are the responsibility of the customer.


Order Tracking



  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
  • Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.



Delayed, Lost, or Stolen Shipments



  • While MAESLUX works closely with trusted carriers, delivery delays may occasionally occur due to factors beyond our control, such as carrier disruptions, weather conditions, or customs processing.
  • If a package is marked as delivered but not received, customers are encouraged to contact the carrier directly for further assistance.
  • MAESLUX will provide reasonable support to help resolve delivery-related issues when possible.


Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged:


  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Email support@maeslux.com with:
    • Your order number
    • Clear photos of the damage

We will assess the issue and provide further assistance in accordance with our warranty policy.


Pre-Orders



  • Pre-order items are shipped once production is completed.
  • Estimated shipping timelines are provided at checkout and are subject to change.
  • Pre-orders are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.



Incorrect Address



  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
  • Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses may be subject to additional shipping fees.
