Order Processing
- Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation, unless otherwise stated.
- Pre-order items follow the estimated production and delivery timelines provided at the time of purchase.
- Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.
Shipping Origin
All orders are shipped from the United States.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We offer insured and trackable shipping for all orders.
🇺🇸 United States
- Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days (if available)
🌍 International Shipping
- Standard International Shipping: 7–14 business days
- Delivery times may vary depending on destination and customs clearance.
Shipping Costs
- Shipping fees are calculated at checkout.
- Any applicable taxes, duties, or customs fees for international orders are the responsibility of the customer.
Order Tracking
- Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
- Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.
Delayed, Lost, or Stolen Shipments
- While MAESLUX works closely with trusted carriers, delivery delays may occasionally occur due to factors beyond our control, such as carrier disruptions, weather conditions, or customs processing.
- If a package is marked as delivered but not received, customers are encouraged to contact the carrier directly for further assistance.
- MAESLUX will provide reasonable support to help resolve delivery-related issues when possible.
Damaged Shipments
If your order arrives damaged:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

Pre-Orders
- Pre-order items are shipped once production is completed.

Incorrect Address
- Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
- Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses may be subject to additional shipping fees.
